Welcome to the Bracknell & Ascot Pool League Home Page
The Bracknell & Ascot Pool League [BAPL] has been established now for over 20 years and has become a popular local pool league in Bracknell and its surrounding areas.
The leagues surrounding areas include Wokingham, Sandhurst, Crowthorne, Bagshot, Windlesham, Sunninghill and Winkfield.
The league runs over two seasons throughout the year, the Winter being the main season.
We also run a Summer League on a slightly different format.
The whole of BAPL is played to the EPA World Rules and is affiliated to the English Pool Association and is part of the EPA Region Seven.
The BAPL has at present three Inter League teams who compete in the Berkshire Inter League Qualifiers every year and usually qualify.
The BAPL are currently the Berkshire Interleague KO Cup Champions for 2009.
The BAPL were also the Berkshire Interleague Champions for 2007 and were also the winners and runners up of the 2006 Berkshire Interleague KO Cup.
The BAPL have produced pool players who are playing at CountyLevel for the Berkshire County Teams.
The league has also produced promising youth players who have gone on to play for their country at international level.
